Director of Nursing SNFSouthern Nebraska
Our client is a strong family oriented critical access hospital who happens to also be a teaching hospital for 7 counties. This hospital has a SNF/Long term care facility in town and is part of the regional hospital system. This 64 bed LTC with 60 FTES is in need of a caring, compassionate DON to lead a highly committed team.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 3+ years of experience as a supervisor, Manager or Director in a Long Term Care facility and/or Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Must hold a BSN degree.
  • Be comfortable being on the floor as well as handling administrative duties.
  • Embodies a compassionate, collaborative leadership style.
  • Understand regulatory requirements for SNF and LTC facilities.

This role will be instrumental in creating an Alzheimer's unit and leading his/her team to accomplish great things.
