Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed RN with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Proven compliance with state and federal regulations, knowledge of the CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System, and success in achieving positive clinical outcomes.
• A natural educator who thrives on teaching, mentoring, and inspiring clinical team members.
• A collaborative leader with a positive mindset and a history of fostering teamwork and success.
