Position Details

Mecklenburg Health and Rehabilitation is offering a $7500 SIGN ON BONUS for a Director of Nursing to lead our dedicated team in providing excellent resident care. Located in Charlotte, NC, we are a 100-bed skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is experienced, dynamic, and engaged, with expertise in infection control, personnel management, and nurse leadership in a nursing home setting. An active RN license in North Carolina or a comparable state is required, along with a relevant Nursing degree.

Job Responsibilities

As Director of Nursing Services, you will have the authority, responsibility, and accountability for managing the Nursing Service Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and maintaining high-quality care. In the absence of the Medical Director, you will implement resident care policies.
