  1. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating the nursing services provided in the center.
  2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and implement center core nursing programs.
  3. Maintain records and reports for resident care.
  4. Oversee the orientation and training of all nursing staff.
  5. Manage the nursing department within budget.
  6. Follow all center policies and procedures.
Must have:
  • Current state RN licensure without enforcement actions.
  • Previous DON experience of 3 years or more preferred.
