What you will do :

Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, supervision, and evaluation of the nursing services provided in the center.

  1. Ensure nursing department compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and the implementation of center core nursing programs.
  2. Maintain records and reports for resident care.
  3. Oversee the orientation and training of all nursing services personnel.
  4. Manage the nursing services department within budget.
  5. Follow all center policies and procedures.

Must have :

  • Current state RN licensure without enforcement actions.
  • Previous DON experience of 3 years or more preferred.
