What You Will Do

• Plan, organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing services in the center.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and implement core nursing programs.
• Maintain resident care records and reports.
• Orient and train nursing staff.
• Manage the nursing department within budget.
• Follow all policies and procedures.

Must Have

• Current state RN license without enforcement actions.
• 3+ years of previous DON experience preferred.
