Job summary

Arcadia Nursing and Rehab Center in Hillsboro, TX seeks a Director of Nursing Services (DON) to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The DON will develop nursing policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, policy implementation, staff development, and collaboration with medical and admin teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. RN licensure in Texas required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
• A degree in Nursing or a related field, with a current license to practice as an RN in Texas.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff development and training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff.
