Job summary

Weatherly Inn is seeking a Director of Nursing with an active LPN license to support high-quality resident care in assisted living and memory care. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families.

The position reports to the Nursing Manager/Administrator and requires leadership of the nursing department, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 5+ years nursing or related experience; 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Active Washington State LPN License required.
• Certifications: CPR, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Dementia & Mental Health Training within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and CBC checks with documentation.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition; report concerns promptly.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
