This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted skilled nursing operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary around $105,000.00 -$110,000.00depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Management experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Senior Living, Memory Care, or equivalent
• Prior experience in RN, LVN, or LPN management — as an ADON, DON, Nursing Director, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Managing a nursing staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses
• Developing, reviewing, and revising care plans for all residents
• Communicating with nurses, physicians, specialists, and other care team professionals.
• Interacting compassionately and effectively with residents and family members
