Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Missouri RN licensure is required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing management experience.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership to ensure safe, high-quality resident care 24/7.
• Develop and implement nursing policies with interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee staffing and budget for the nursing department.
• Represent nursing staff on committees and drive performance improvement.
• Plan rounds and ensure assessments and care plans are executed.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory guidelines.
