Job summary

Brookdale Smith is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team and coordinate high-quality care for residents in our senior living community. You will mentor staff, collaborate with physicians, and drive resident and family satisfaction through proactive leadership.

The role requires an active nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN), a valid driver's license, and at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience. Strong tech skills and knowledge of electronic documentation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state nursing license (RN, LPN, or LVN).
• Driver's license required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with clinical leadership preferred.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical services of the community.
• Supervise licensed nurses and other direct care staff.
