What You Will Do

• Partner with the Community Director to deliver top-quality care to residents
• Lead, train, and motivate healthcare team members
• Conduct assessments, develop service plans, and document medical information accurately, complying with regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance, acting as the community’s HIPAA officer
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely communication with families
• Benefit from Jaybird Senior Living's on-call Triage Nurses support from 7 pm to 7 am on weekdays and weekends to promote work-life balance

Why You Are Qualified

• RN – Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
• CPR certification
