Director of Nursing / RN - Mecklenburg Health and Rehab

Join us at SanStone Health & Rehabilitation as a Director of Nursing / RN at Mecklenburg Health and Rehabilitation. We are offering a $7500 SIGN ON BONUS for this leadership role. Located in Charlotte, NC, our 100-bed skilled nursing facility seeks a dynamic, experienced leader with expertise in infection control, personnel management, and nurse leadership in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications include an active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state, along with relevant nursing experience. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Nursing Service Department to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Implement and oversee policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Medical Director in the absence of the Medical Director.

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
