Description
Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, and provides quality care as their healthcare needs evolve. Supervises and leads licensed nurses and other care staff, potentially overseeing a clinical leadership team of up to five members. The HWD level is determined based on the community's complexity, considering factors such as size, product lines, medication management, assessment requirements, licensure, regulatory complexity, and skilled services needing an RN.
