Director of Nursing - RN - $5000 Sign On Bonus

Description

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, and provides quality care as their healthcare needs evolve. Supervises and leads licensed nurses and other care staff, potentially overseeing a clinical leadership team of up to five members. The HWD level is determined based on the community's complexity, considering factors such as size, product lines, medication management, assessment requirements, licensure, regulatory complexity, and skilled services needing an RN.

About the Position

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will leverage your leadership skills to oversee the clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of care and services. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers for personalized care coordination. Collaboration with community leadership, mentoring staff, and enhancing resident and family satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
