New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations across Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Wisconsin. You will manage licensed nurses and caregivers, coordinate resident care, and build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and external vendors.

The role requires an active RN license, leadership experience, and proficiency with EHR and healthcare software.

Position Overview: As the Director of Nursing, you’ll lead our team of licensed nurses and caregivers, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will be responsible for managing nursing operations, including team training, resident care coordination, and fostering positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and third-party vendors.
