New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our licensed nurses and caregivers across Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will manage nursing operations, train staff, coordinate resident care, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and vendors.

The role requires an active RN license, leadership experience, and a passion for high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.

• Proficiency in using various electronic devices and software.
• Experience working with older adults in senior living (preferred).

Position Overview: As the Director of Nursing, you’ll lead our team of licensed nurses and caregivers, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. The salary range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

*Benefits vary by full-time, part-time, and PRN status.
