Southern HealthCare Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our growth-minded team. You will oversee nursing care across long-term and sub-acute units, delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with leadership to meet facility goals.

The ideal candidate has an active NC RN license and at least 1 year of nursing leadership experience, plus familiarity with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• 1+ year of nursing leadership experience.
• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute settings preferred.
• Proficient with PCs, Windows, and EMR software.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care for patients in long-term care and skilled nursing/sub-acute units.
• Plan and manage the clinical department, ensure regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to patients and residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing / sub-acute care nursing center (all units).
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the clinical department, ensuring quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing and controlling budget, and will provide leadership and oversight of the center's clinical staff and will serve as the Nursing Home Administrator's backup as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) or above required
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing leadership experience required.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing / sub-acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer and possess ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software.
