Pediatric Specialty Care has an immediate opening for a Director of Nursing (RN).

This position is ideal for a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) leader looking to embrace a smaller facility and provide clinical direction for the pediatric population.

The Director of Nursing (RN) is crucial to the success of Pediatric Specialty Care as you will support staff serving our patients. This role involves building relationships beyond clinical care with families and staff. It is a responsibility and privilege to positively impact families' lives, with nursing care playing a vital role. The Director of Nursing will ensure compliance with state regulations and our high standards of care.

Responsibilities
