Job summary

The role leads faculty/staff, manages resources, partners with health systems, and aligns curricula with professional standards and the Jesuit mission. The Director reports to the Dean of the College of Health and oversees growth, quality, and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s in nursing is required or higher.
• DNP/PhD/EdD preferred with realistic completion window.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor full-time and part-time faculty and staff.
• Direct day-to-day program operations and budgeting.
• Drive strategic planning and growth for nursing programs.
• Oversee accreditation/regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Foster external partnerships and student outcomes.
• Teach one nursing course annually and support pedagogy.
