Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes is hiring a Director to lead SPA, PACU, PAT, Endoscopy and Interventional Radiology. The role includes setting vision, directing operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requires 3 years of clinical leadership, a BSN, and a Master’s degree preferred. BLS certification is required; salary ranges from $117,575 to $188,672 with eligibility for an incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

• Evaluates the quality, safety and appropriateness of care utilizing patient outcome data and takes appropriate action depending on results.
• Ensures implementation of evidence based best practices across the system.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

• Requires 3 years recent clinical experience.
• Demonstrates competency in management and leadership skills.
• BSN required; MSN or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Effective 2/1/14, applicants must have a Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in Nursing.

Training/Certifications/Licensure:

• BLS certification
• Appropriate certification per specialty and/or regulatory agency is required.
• Maintains appropriate certification and professional organization membership.
• Keeps abreast of current nursing practice.

Annual Salary:

$117,575 - $188,672The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.This position is eligible to participate in one of Virtua’s annual incentive compensation plan (AICP). The amount is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document.
