Physical Requirements:

• Able to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers in English
• Ability to deal effectively with stress
• Reports To: President / Administrator / CEO

Essential Functions and Qualifications:

• A licensed RN, in good standing, issued by the NJ Board of Nursing
• Graduate from an accredited college with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or a related health field, with at least two years of professional RN experience in community or home health
• Alternatively, the Director of Nursing may have 3 years of professional RN experience in community or home health with progressive responsibilities, in lieu of a BS degree
• Experience providing nursing services in a patient's home environment, including assisted living facilities
• Availability via telephone and willingness to provide home visits during Agency On-Call Hours
• Reliable transportation
• Home Care experience
• Commitment to ensuring quality and safe delivery of home health care services
• Ability to coordinate and develop agency services, programs, and activities
• Adherence to ANA Standards of Care and agency policies in delivering nursing care

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
