Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license in good standing required.
- Leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
- Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff.
- Support direct care on the floor to maintain high-quality care.
- Review payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain resident records with accurate documentation.
- Develop individualized care plans with physicians and teams.
- Provide resources and equipment access for nursing staff.
- Coach and mentor staff to improve performance and outcomes.
