AristaCare is seeking an experienced DON to lead clinical operations and ensure compassionate, high-quality care across our New Jersey facility. You will direct nursing services, drive regulatory compliance, and collaborate with attending providers to support resident wellness and safety.

This role oversees recruitment, staff development, QAPI initiatives, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with pharmacy, rehabilitation, and activities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey required.
• 3+ years of progressive nursing supervision/management experience.
• LTC or sub-acute care leadership experience preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and policy development capability.

Responsabilités

• Establish, evaluate, and maintain clinical standards across the facility.
• Lead clinical quality assurance to improve resident outcomes and safety.
• Formulate and update policies in line with healthcare regs.
• Verify credentials and competency of nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Oversee budgeting, labor management, and resource planning.
• Represent nursing operations in committees and family conferences.
• Drive QAPI projects and evidence-based clinical practices.
