The Director, Nursing - IDD is critical to the growth and retention of IDD clients. This position will support IDD clinical services and sales through day-to-day clinical operations to ensure quality of care & services, regulatory compliance, support of business development & growth, achievement of key performance indicators. This position provides a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic clinical nurse wanting to join a fast-paced, growing company.
This is a remote position with 60% travel. Applicants must reside anwhere within the following States: TX, CO, or CA
Required: Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Prior experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD), or related disorders a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
* Education: Degree from an accredited school of nursing
* Minimum of 10 years nursing experience. Prior experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities, or related disorders a plus.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
* Must have the ability to use a computer utilizing company documentation systems.
* Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company.
* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information.
* Must maintain state regulatory certifications, as required by state/program requirements.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Percentage of Travel: 25-75%
* Approximately 60% travel required.
**To perform the duties of this position will require frequently sitting, standing, walking and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occassionally bending, reaching, climbing (stair/ladders), crawling, kneeling, crouching and stooping. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry up to 75 lbs.**
