Essential Functions and Qualifications:

• Licensed RN in good standing, issued by the NJ Board of Nursing
• Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related health field, with at least two years of community or home health experience
• Alternatively, three years of professional RN experience in community or home health with progressive responsibilities, without a BS degree
• Experience providing nursing services in patients' homes and assisted living facilities
• Availability for home visits and on-call hours via telephone
• Reliable transportation
• Home care experience
• Commitment to quality, safe delivery of home health care services
• Ability to coordinate and evaluate agency services, aligning with standards and policies
