Director of Nursing (DON) – New Albany, IN Area

We are seeking a qualified Director of Nursing for a small nursing home near New Albany, IN.

Compensation for this position is highly competitive, including a generous Quarterly Bonus Incentive Program. Corporate support for the facility is also strong.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

1. Previous SNF Nurse management experience; ADONs are encouraged to apply
2. Proven ability to lead departments through survey processes successfully
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred) with a valid RN license and CPR certification
