Job summary

National Health Care Associates’ Milford team seeks a Director of Nursing to provide strategic leadership for the nursing department and drive excellence in resident care. You will shape the culture and lead the nursing team toward innovative healthcare practices in a long-term care setting.

The role requires a valid RN license, an advanced degree or leadership certification preferred, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
