About the Role

As a DON, you will oversee nursing services, ensure quality care, and manage staff in accordance with physician orders and resident needs. You will supervise nursing staff 24/7 and act as the operational leader in the absence of the Administrator.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in your practicing state
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DON in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings
• Passion for working with seniors and a professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
