Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) – RN for a skilled nursing facility in Dresden, TN. This hands-on leadership role oversees the nursing department, supports staff, and maintains high standards of resident care.

The DON will lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• DON, ADON, Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, or similar leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and support a diverse nursing team.
• Commitment to quality care and resident well-being.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced RN who enjoys leading a nursing team and making a meaningful impact on resident care? We are looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing services at a skilled nursing facility in the Dresden, TN area.
