Position Overview

As a Director of Nursing, you will:

• Lead Nursing Services according to regulations
• Coordinate nursing and resident services
• Assist with discharge planning
• Participate in resident admission processes
• Perform rounds and monitor care
• Oversee medication and treatment schedules
• Ensure weekend coverage and on-call duties
• Onboard and orient new nurses
• Participate in inspections

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited institution
• Current RN license and CPR certification
• Management experience in long-term care
• Compassion, positivity, leadership skills
