Position: Director of Nursing (DON) - Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Greensboro, NC

  • Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

The Director of Nursing (DON) oversees all personal care and medication services to residents daily, ensuring compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience as a Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating all nursing services in the facility
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and implementing nursing programs
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating policies and procedures for the nursing department
  • Providing the Administrator with information on residents' nursing needs and departmental capabilities
  • Managing the Nursing Services department within the allocated budget

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse license required, with 3-5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
