The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical management of the center, ensuring quality of care and excellent customer service in the clinical services department. Key responsibilities include resident care, compliance with state and federal surveys, fostering positive employee relations, developing and implementing clinical plans, and acting as the clinical representative of the center in the community. The role requires adherence to all policies and procedures, including daily rounds of the entire center to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Demonstrated nursing management experience in a long-term care setting
