The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical management of the center, ensuring quality of care and customer service. Responsibilities include resident/patient care, compliance with state and federal surveys, employee relations, clinical planning, and the implementation of core clinical programs. The Director acts as the clinical representative of the center within the community and ensures all policies and procedures are followed. Daily rounds are required to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Requirements of the position:

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Management experience in a long-term care setting
• Full-time employees: health insurance starting the first of the month after 30 days of employment
