The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical management of the center, quality of care, and customer service provided by the clinical services department. This includes resident/patient care, ensuring compliance with state and federal surveys, fostering positive employee relations, and implementing effective clinical plans and programs. The role acts as the clinical representative of the center within the community and ensures all policies and procedures are followed. Regular rounds are conducted daily to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Demonstrated nursing management experience in a long-term care setting
