Director of Nursing (DON) - Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a committed Director of Nursing (DON) to join our respected team at Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center in Ball Ground, GA. This full-time, salaried role is a key leadership position within our organization. The DON will oversee the operations of our free-standing treatment center, including planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supervising nursing services and the delivery of behavioral health care. We are looking for a compassionate, professional, and empathetic individual to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care.
What would you do in this role?
The DON will be a key member of the team at Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center. The DON directs, plans, coordinates, monitors, and supervises nursing and the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services. We are looking for someone that provides a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

Although our hospitals operate independently, you'll never be alone. From the very start, you'll receive support from our Corporate team. You'll work closely with corporate recruiting to help attract the best talent for your facility, and you'll be paired with a Corporate Nurse Leader who will mentor and guide you in your role.
