As our director of nursing, you will be mentored and supported by our Vice President of Clinical Services, while you direct the clinical services and programs for our 50 bed skilled nursing facility. Specific duties include:

• working collaboratively to lead all clinical services for the facility,
• developing and implementing nursing practices to ensure high quality care,
• overseeing regulatory compliance, including:
• patient care and resident rights
• nursing practices
• staffing and employee development
• budget

Required Qualifications:

• current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse
• degree from an accredited school of nursing
• previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
• knowledge of State and Federal regulations
