Job summary

Courtland Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Courtland, VA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will plan, direct, and supervise R.N.s, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and develop policies to meet regulatory standards while maintaining staffing and training needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• DON experience is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
