Position: Director of Nursing (DON)

This role is responsible for ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where staff can deliver the highest level of care to the residents.
