Protouch Staffing in Chestnut Hill, MA seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing operations and clinical services in a patient-centered healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will lead clinical teams, ensure high-quality patient care, participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning for substance use disorder patients, and ensure compliance with nursing regulations, accreditation standards, and ASAM criteria. On-call coverage includes weekends.

Competenze

• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Current, active, and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.
• 3-5 years of nursing leadership, supervision, or management experience.
• 5 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment or addiction medicine required.
• Minimum of 5 years of substance use disorder/addiction medicine experience preferred.
• Psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing regulations, medication management, DEA regulations, Board of Pharmacy requirements, accreditation standards, and ASAM criteria.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, quality assurance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
