Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Director of Nursing with a passion for working with the senior population and a drive to deliver high-quality healthcare. You will combine nursing and administrative skills to lead nursing operations and guide the nursing team.

1. Drive excellence in business, staff, clinical care, and patient/customer experience.
2. Provide service and servant leadership, directing day-to-day patient care operations.
3. Promote an environment focused on top-of-license practice and collaboration.
4. Communicate a shared vision for clinical excellence; ensure high-quality and cost-effective healthcare.
5. Foster continuous improvement of nursing services and staff to meet patients' and residents' needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university with a current RN license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice act, and relevant regulations.
• On-call availability required.

Posted Salary Range:

USD $130,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 per year
