Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) in the Chicago area to lead a skilled nursing team. The DON will provide clinical leadership, oversee daily operations, and foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture focused on exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality outcomes, managing staffing, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active IL Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for caring for seniors and developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do
