Job summary

Empire Care Centers seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee all nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care in a compliant environment. You will lead nursing staff across RNs and LPNs, drive staffing plans, and set performance and quality targets for the department.

The role requires coordinating admissions and care procedures, developing policies, managing budgets, and collaborating with other departments while reporting to upper management.
