Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in long term care.
  • 3+ years of nursing management in long term care preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the nursing department.
  • Planning and implementing resident discharge procedures.
  • Ensure proper charting and documentation of nursing procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall management of the nursing department
  • Assist in planning, developing, implementing and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plans
  • Review and ensure proper charting and documentation of nursing procedures
  • Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current RN state license, BSN preferred
  • Current CPR Certification
  • 5 + years of experience in long term care experience
  • 3 + years of nursing management in long term care, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Positive Can-Do Attitude
  • Excellent Attendance
