Mentor and support a team of 60+ hospital staff
Lead staffing, scheduling, quality care, and compliance for a critical access hospital
Collaborate closely with providers and the interdisciplinary team
Be part of emergency planning, stroke/trauma coordination, and quality initiatives
Contribute to a culture where teamwork, compassion, and excellence thrive

RN license in North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
5+ years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred
Knowledge of CAH regulations, CMS standards, and best practices in rural healthcare
ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (or willing to obtain)
