Job summary

SWGA Homecare in Georgia seeks an experienced registered nurse to lead clinical oversight as the RN of record. You will write and review every client care plan and conduct in-home supervisory visits across the service area.

You will own caregiver competency testing, annual training hours, and quality assurance processes, including incident review and corrective action, while ensuring compliance with Georgia private home care provider rules.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Georgia RN license.
• 3+ years nursing experience; home health or hospice preferred.
• Prior clinical supervisory or quality leadership experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical documentation and teaching skills.
