ATS Institute of Technology invites an experienced nurse educator to serve as Director of Clinical Education, Nursing Programs in Illinois. You will lead clinical education across our nursing programs, maintain clinical affiliates, and cultivate new healthcare partnerships to support student success.

This role combines leadership, program oversight, site evaluations, and alignment with curriculum, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• At least three years of formal nursing education experience, including clinical instruction in higher education or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Illinois.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain clinical affiliate partnerships and cultivate new clinical sites.
• Serve as academic liaison to clinical partners and oversee site relationships and affiliation agreements.
• Provide leadership and oversight for clinical education across ATS nursing programs.
• Recruit, orient, mentor, observe, and evaluate clinical faculty.
• Conduct regular clinical site visits to evaluate faculty, student learning, site quality, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor student clinical performance and coordinate early intervention or remediation when needed.
• Ensure clinical experiences align with curriculum, policies, and regulatory requirements.
