Job Title: Sr. Medical Recruitment Manager

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Hours/Shift: Monday – Friday, Days (normal business hours).

On-Call Requirements: Yes.

Pay Range: $96,000 – $147,000/year (open to relocation candidates, higher pay considered based on experience).

Direct Oversight: 15-20 FTEs, including 2-3 EKG Techs, Echo Techs, and a Charge Analyst.

Summary:

This role provides leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) responsible for nursing and designated patient care functions/services within the hospital organization. The Director will oversee multi-unit nursing practices, assume 24/7 accountability for assigned areas, and support the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The Director will also ensure staff competency and manage resources effectively to deliver optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice across assigned units.
  • Provide 24/7 oversight of assigned departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of nursing professionals, ensuring their competency and fostering professional growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to support organizational goals and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
  • Act as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
  • Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and staff engagement.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or a BSN.
  • Preferred: MSN or Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field.

Experience:

  • Required: 2-3 years of Cath Lab experience.
  • Preferred: Leadership or staffing experience in a hospital environment.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Required: Active and current RN license in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain).
  • Required: AHA BLS Certification.
