Requirements:

- Ensure quality assurance by maintaining regulatory compliance, infection control, and patient safety.
- Create and implement educational programs and training to enhance nursing staff skills and knowledge.
- Efficiently manage the nursing department budget, optimizing resources without compromising care quality.
- Ensure nursing staff complies with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Champion patients' needs, addressing concerns to promote patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with quality improvement teams to pinpoint trends and areas for patient care enhancement.
- Maintain precise and timely records of patient care, assessments, and departmental activities.
- Contribute to strategic plans and initiatives aimed at improving nursing services.
