Job summary

Riverside Health System in Smithfield, VA, seeks a Director of Nursing to lead and develop a high-performing clinical team. You will coach nursing leaders and frontline caregivers, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence.

Collaborate with rehabilitation, social services, activities, dietary, and physicians to ensure resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license.
• Senior Living or Long-Term Care experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people, coach, mentor nursing leaders and frontline caregivers.
• Oversee nursing services to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
