Job summary

Fort Hays Tech | North Central seeks a Director of Nursing for the Beloit Campus to lead the nursing program's development, implementation and evaluation. The role includes supervising nursing instructors and coordinating clinical experiences to meet KSBN requirements.

The candidate should hold a Master’s Degree, a Kansas RN license (or eligible), plus three years of clinical nursing and teaching/admin/curriculum experience.

Qualifications

Job description

Fort Hays Tech | North Central is seeking a Director of Nursing for the Beloit Campus. Duties include overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing program, supervising nursing instructors, coordinating clinical experiences, and ensuring compliance with Kansas State Board of Nursing requirements.

Qualified applicants must possess a Master's Degree and a current Registered Nurse license in Kansas or be eligible for licensure. Three years of clinical nursing experience, previous teaching experience, and administrative or curriculum experience are preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

This position is a 190-day contract with salary commensurate with education and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Applications will be accepted until a qualified applicant is selected.
